Common troubleshooting
- Enable Screen Recording permission in System Settings if screenshots or recordings fail.
- Enable Microphone permission only if you want microphone audio in screen recordings.
- For save issues, choose a writable folder in the Screenshots settings.
- If Shotnix quit unexpectedly, the next launch offers to send the crash report by email or as a GitHub issue. It's the quickest way to get the crash fixed.
