- The command center opens instantly: its interface is built once at launch and reused, the sluggish popover zoom is replaced with a quick settle-in animation, and the menu scrolls bar-free with native elastic feel and soft edge fades.
- Health collapses to a single "Everything is ready" line when nothing needs attention; problems show as full-width tiles with real warning badges (yellow triangle / red octagon) and never truncate.
- Rows that can't be used are hidden until they can: Cancel Recording appears only while recording, editor rows only while an editor is open, and Capture All Displays no longer takes a menu row.
Fixed
- The exported cursor now follows the recorded timestamps. With Smooth Cursor on, exports animated the cursor in a mode that ignores keyframe timing, drifting it uniformly across the clip and out of sync with clicks and zooms — smoothing now honors the real timeline, matching the preview.
- The export save panel's suggested file name no longer repeats the app name.
